Join Our Brand-New Team from the Very Beginning!
Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse ready to take the next exciting step in your career?
We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our state-of-the-art, purpose-built veterinary surgery in Uxbridge, and we’d love for you to join us on this incredible journey.
Our brand-new practice is set to open its doors in March 2026, thoughtfully designed to support both clinical excellence and colleague wellbeing.
Be part of something special — help shape the practice, build lasting client relationships, and grow with a passionate and supportive team.
You’ll be working in a bright, spacious, and air-conditioned environment equipped with the latest technology you’d expect from a modern, high-standard Vets for Pets clinic. Our facilities include digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, multi-parameter monitoring, and a full in-house laboratory offering haematology, biochemistry, urinalysis, microscope, separate cat and dog wards, a dedicated theatre, a well-organised prep area, an isolation room, and comfortable, modern consult rooms.
Every aspect of our clinic — from equipment to layout — has been carefully designed to support outstanding clinical care, smooth workflows, and a welcoming experience for both clients and their pets.
We’re conveniently located on Cowley Retail Park in Uxbridge, surrounded by a range of popular shops and amenities. Nearby, you’ll find Pets at Home, Halfords, Currys, and a Tesco Superstore for easy shopping. There are also plenty of places to eat, including McDonald’s and Costa Coffee, and if you fancy a quick workout, PureGym is just a 7-minute walk away. West Drayton train station is around a 15-minute walk from the clinic, making us easily accessible by public transport.
Our new practice offers the ideal environment, diverse caseload, and high-quality equipment to help you make the most of your existing skills while continuing to grow professionally. We’re passionate about ongoing development and are proactive in supporting further qualifications and CPD, ensuring you have every opportunity to advance your career.
About you and the role
We’re seeking a proactive, enthusiastic team player to join our progressive, fast-paced first-opinion practice, where high clinical standards are a priority. You’ll be a confident and motivated RVN with some experience, and an interest in—or experience as—a clinical coach would be a valuable bonus.
Success in this role comes from embracing all aspects of the veterinary nurse position, consistently delivering outstanding care for both patients and clients. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the practice and making a real impact on its development.
As a brand-new practice, we offer both full-time and part-time opportunities. We value a healthy work/life balance and are happy to discuss shift patterns to suit your needs. Some weekend work will be required, but there are no out-of-hours duties.
We can offer you
1. An attractive salary of up to £30,000 (Dependant on experience/full time equivalent)
2. A generous CPD allowance
3. 5.6 weeks initial holiday, rising to 6.6 weeks after 2 years’ service!
