About the Role
As a KS2 SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
•Support a Key Stage 2 pupil with autism and speech & language delays
•Provide 1:1 and small-group support to develop social, emotional and academic skills
•Assist the class teacher with structured learning activities and targeted interventions
•Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that encourages engagement and independence
•Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to deliver tailored support strategies
Pay ranges between £89 - £95 per day PAYE

•Experience supporting KS2 pupils, particularly those with SEND
•A patient, compassionate and adaptable approach
•Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate confidently with staff and parents
•A passion for inclusive education and helping pupils reach their full potential
•A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
