The role of Courses and Workshop Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the aim of reaching a wide audience to grow a love of plants and gardening. This role is key to our onsite Learning Team, overseeing and supporting internal and external tutors in delivering horticulture, creative, environmental and wellbeing courses and workshops.
As a Courses and Workshop Coordinator you will be responsible for the administration and support of our busy programme of adult education – including liaising with tutors, the public and internal staff, creating and collating contracts and Health and Safety documents, overseeing a rolling programme calendar and regularly reviewing and evaluating the programme.
We are looking for an organised and efficient individual with ability to work both under own supervision and as part of a team. To be successful, you will need strong administrative skills and an understanding of profitability, be able to work to a rolling annual calendar of events, demonstrate a drive to learn and develop through feedback and evaluation, and deliver excellent customer service.
