Our client is looking foran Operations Manager with a strongscaffolding or access background to oversee scaffold advertising installations,manage contractors and take ownership of campaign delivery across agrowing portfolio of scaffold advertising sites nationwide.

Due to the nature of nationwide site operations, the role requires flexibilityaround travel and working hours, including occasional out-of-hours support.
The Role
As Operations Manager, youll act as the key link between site teams,contractors and internal departments, ensuring their advertising installationsare delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard across multiplelocations throughout the UK.
Youll play a vital role in planning, coordinating and overseeing scaffoldmedia installation projects, ensuring all work is completed in line withoperational, safety and client expectations.
No knowledge of scaffolding advertising is specifically required as full training will be given on that side.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing scaffold based installation works across multiple nationwideadvertising sites Supervising scaffold advertising site builds and ensuring correct setup,spacing, structural integrity and finish Carrying out site inspections, quality checks and contractor sign-offs Coordinating scaffolders, installers and specialist subcontractors Managing schedules for installations, maintenance visits and advertisingcampaign changeovers Monitoring weather conditions, including named storms and implementingsite safety measures where required Reviewing installation quality, including tensioning, alignment and overalladvert and site presentation standards Ensuring RAMS and safe systems of work are followed on all projects Maintaining accurate records of site activity, maintenance, complianceand operational costs Supporting operational planning and helping drive continuousimprovement across site delivery
The Person
Strong background within scaffolding, access systems or a similar sitebasedtrade environment Previous experience as a Supervisor, Chargehand, Team Leader or seniorScaffolder looking to progress Solid understanding of scaffold structures, access systems and installationbest practices Experience managing contractors and coordinating multiple site activities Comfortable xsngvjr working within fast paced operational environments withnationwide travel Strong understanding of working at height regulations and accessrequirements Able to identify site constraints, risks and practical solutions quickly Good working knowledge of health & safety legislation and sitecompliance Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects andpriorities simultaneously Strong communication skills with confidence dealing with contractors,suppliers and internal stakeholders
Flexibility & Travel
Able to react quickly and travel nationwide at short notice when required Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional out-of-hours andweekend working to support operational requirements Comfortable working on a rotating schedule: Week 1 Monday to Friday /Week 2 Sunday to Thursday
