Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at a vibrant nursery setting on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Duties:
- Experience in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
- Lead and manage a key group of children, ensuring their well-being and development needs are met.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that supports children's children's individual needs.
- Implement The curriculum of Excellence effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching practices and learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- Relevant childcare qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a key group of children effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff members.
