As a Business Development Manager, youll take ownership of generating new business opportunities across key B2B markets, building a strong pipeline and driving growth.
Youll be working closely with an established team and collaborating with marketing to develop campaigns, strengthen the brand presence, and maximise opportunities from both new and existing clients.
Generate new business across key sectors including Local Authorities, Schools, NHS, and Disability Support Organisations.
Support the development of sales materials and customer propositions.
Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Contribute to sales and marketing strategy, ensuring a structured and professional approach.
Proven track record in new business development (essential) and breaking into new clients.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
