The Role
As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the daily flying programme and ensuring smooth coordination between flight crews, maintenance teams, clients, and third‑party providers.
Responsibilities
* Managing and monitoring daily aircraft schedules
* Coordinating flight planning and active flight following
* Liaising directly with high‑profile clients and passengers
* Organising permits, ground handling, and third‑party services
* Working closely with CAMO and maintenance teams
* Supporting operational compliance and safety procedures
* Handling operational changes and reacting quickly to live situations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in aviation scheduling / flight operations
* Strong customer liaison and stakeholder communication experience
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
* High attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* A professional, proactive, and team‑focused approach
