Overview
Our client, a leading international relief and development organisation, is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join their Digital Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful, purpose-driven digital work that inspires global supporters and empowers development partners through accessible, engaging, and data-informed design.
As part of a collaborative and creative digital team, you will shape intuitive user journeys, design impactful visual experiences, and ensure all digital touchpoints reflect our client’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
* Develop high-quality designs for websites, apps, emails, and digital channels including social media and digital advertising.
* Produce UX deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, user-journey maps, and style guides.
* Contribute to the organisation’s Figma-based design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms.
* Champion accessibility, inclusive design, and user-first thinking.
* Leverage data, analytics, and user insights to test, iterate, and refine design solutions.
* Collaborate with developers, content designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
Requirements
* Strong proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
* A solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
* Evidence of data-informed and evidence-based design decision-making.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
