Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking
* Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and achievement
* Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback on their academic performance
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and resources
* Contribute to the school's Biology program and initiatives
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and achievements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Specialization in Biology or a related subject
* Prior experience teaching Biology, preferably at the secondary level
* Passion for Biology and a commitment to student success
* Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
* Continued professional development to stay current with advancements in Biology education
