Your responsibilities: High activity level of outgoing calls to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities for water treatment products. Continually seek new customers, applications and growth opportunities by developing a sound knowledge of the water treatment product range and potential markets. To have highest standards of administration including forward planning and reporting of all visits, monthly and market reports, the achievement of the required number of phone / teams calls. Effective management of the pipeline of business. Manage specific product focused sales & marketing projects Assess and advise the Sales Manager on your personal training needs etc Your skills & experience: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging customers and closing sales. Proven sales ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchases. Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues using an inquisitive approach to understanding customer needs Self-motivated individual confident in taking the lead and prioritising workload effectively Knowledge of the water treatment industry would be beneficial but is not essential Familiarity with CRM systems to manage customer information, monitor projects and convert pipeline business.
