What Youll Do:
Take full ownership of the dispatch function youll be the go-to person ensuring smooth and efficient outbound operations.
Lead by example on the warehouse floor and support the wider logistics/warehouse team.
Streamline operations
Solve problems quickly, communicate clearly, and keep things moving even when under pressure.
Champion safety, accuracy, and high standards at all times.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in dispatch or warehouse operations ideally with some leadership or supervisory exposure.
A self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the drive to go above and beyond .
Someone ready to step up, take ownership, and grow with the business long term.
Flexible and adaptable weekend availability or late finishes may occasionally be required.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
