Client Reporting Associate
Edinburgh
6 Month Initial Contract
Responsibilities:
* Deliver an outstanding client experience through the delivery of complex client reporting at monthly and quarterly cycles
* Deliver and operate oversight processes owned within the team to monitor ongoing report implementation and completion
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement with the reporting process and deliver process improvements on a quarterly basis
* Validation and implementation of output to process requirements into the live business environment
* Work closely with Report Onboarding teams to coordinate accurate and timely delivery of industry standard reporting
* Capture client feedback to analyse, design and test client reporting enhancements both in the tool and in report content through application of tactical technology skillsets
Background:
* Hands-on automation experience with tools such as SQL, Python, VBA, would be beneficial
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, in particular complex formulae and visualisation
* Experience interacting with product stakeholders and requirement capturing
* Delivery driven individual with problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Exhibits strong planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to clearly communicate objectives and articulate the rationale behind those goals
* Self-motivated: able to show initiative and come up with ideas without prompting
* Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
* Technical aptitude, and qualifications such as the IMC would be helpful
