?? Key Responsibilities:
Organisation & Multi-tasking: Juggle multiple workstreams with ease, keeping everything running smoothly.
People Skills & Attitude : Communicate confidently and professionally with drivers and colleagues at all levels. Friendly, sincere, and always ready to help.
Customer Service: Go above and beyond to deliver on promises and solve problems for internal customers.
Systems & IT: Confident in using IT systems, with solid skills in Word and Excel. Quick to learn new platforms.
Accounts & Record Management: Comfortable with numbers and cost centre management. High attention to detail in data entries: Fuel card ordering
Managing MIB and insurance records
Adding/removing vehicles from systems and tolls
Conducting fuel, toll, and MIB cleanses
?? Fleet Experience: Previous experience with large fleets is highly desirable. A basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is a bonus.
