Job Description Assistant HR Adviser - Reward | 10346 | Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2027 | 37 hours per week | £32,061 to £33,699 per annum (Scale G) | County Hall, Norwich We are recruiting an Assistant HR Adviser for a fixed term contract up to end of March 2027. Whilst located in the People Relations Team within People Operations your focus will be entirely on the delivery of the job evaluation and wider grading function including process redesign. You will need the ability to deal with people professionally in order to propose actions and provide challenge where appropriate, communicating persuasively, clearly and concisely. You need some knowledge and understanding of job evaluation and ideally previous experience of undertaking job evaluation. Training will also be provided. Alongside this you will need excellent computer skills. Attention to detail and the ability to check work for correctness is important as it is vital that records are processed and recorded accurately. The role requires an understanding and experience of general HR issues with a willingness and commitment to undertake training in job evaluation, principles of organisational design and HR policies.
