Client Marketing Consultant
See Tickets by Eventim
The candidate will be based at our Nottingham City Centre office
Join us as a Client Marketing Consultant in our dynamic team at See Tickets – part of the Eventim group, where you’ll use your consultancy skills to act as the bridge between our clients and internal team of marketing experts.
You’ll proactively advise promoters, organisers and venue partners on how to drive ticket sales through smart, data-driven marketing strategies, then handover to marketing leads for tactical execution.
Your Role
You will be the first point of contact for our clients on all marketing-related topics. As a trusted consultant, you’ll advise promoters, organisers, and venues on how to boost ticket sales through tailored marketing measures across See Tickets and Eventim's channels.
You’ll manage incoming requests, ensure that contractual marketing obligations are fulfilled, and coordinate with internal channel leads to deliver well-executed, data-driven campaigns.
Beyond daily coordination, you’ll:
* Advise clients to ensure marketing measures align with business goals.
* Use reporting and analytics to identify optimisation opportunities, highlight campaign value, and educate clients on marketing performance.
* Align multiple promoter needs and prioritise actions according to contractual relevance and business impact.
* Maintain strong, trust-based relationships while protecting commercial interests — always balancing client expectations with strategic priorities.
This role operates within a dual-brand setup (See Tickets and Eventim), which adds strategic depth and offers broader marketing opportunities and audience reach across both brands. You’ll play a part in connecting client success with the wider Eventim ecosystem.
Your Profile
* At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing marketing, account management, or consultancy role.
* Confident communicator with a strategic and advisory mindset.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (CRM, Paid Media, Social, SEO, etc.).
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
* Commercially minded, proactive, team-oriented and structured in your approach.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and maintaining quality under pressure.
* Experience with complex stakeholder coordination is an advantage.
Why Join Us?
* Opportunity to shape a newly created role in a growing international business with a strong UK focus
* Collaborative culture, supportive training, and access to industry-leading marketing technology.
* A dynamic environment where creativity, initiative, and data-driven thinking make a real impact.
