As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise whole classes during teacher absences. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and instructions. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Ensure students remain on task and complete assigned work. Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour. Support the wider school community where required. Requirements Previous experience working with young people is essential. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
