We’re currently recruiting for Education Specialists in Rugby, supporting children and young people who need 1:1 provision outside of mainstream school.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing 1:1 support to children and young people in their homes or a suitable, public setting.
* Delivering personalised, creative sessions that reflect each learner’s needs, interests and abilities.
* Sessions run during the school day (term time only) and typically last 3 to 5 hours.
* Working flexibly (on a bank staff contract) as part of a compassionate, expert-led team that values you, your skills and creative input.
Who We’re Looking For
* Education professionals with experience supporting children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs, including low self-esteem and selective mutism.
* Experience delivering or supporting English and Maths at Secondary levels, along with other subjects if possible.
* A minimum of 2 consistent weekdays of availability.
* Up-to-date understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
