As a Client Account Manager, you’ll lead the client accounts team and help deliver exceptional service across loc8me portfolios nationwide.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of the client accounts team, ensuring processes are efficient, deadlines are met, and both landlords and tenants receive a professional, high-quality experience.
Working closely with the Finance Director, you’ll lead, support, and develop a team while helping drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department.
Developing the team to deliver and maintain great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
● Assisting with escalated rent arrears and complaint handling
● Review and audit the accounts teams performance
● Quality operations to ensure the team is working to the best of their abilities
● Provide initial and ongoing training to all team members
● Excellent communication skills to provide a high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
● Accounting and Financial administration experience preferred
● Flexible and adaptable in approach to work
Experience in a finance or client accounts environment is desirable, but mindset, drive, and attitude matter just as much.

Hours of work: 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday
● Starting Salary: From £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
