People Data and Insights Manager As the Data and Insight Manager, you will be the strategic lead for people analytics across the business, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You will own and evolve the HR data and insights capability, translating complex workforce data into clear, actionable intelligence that supports organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, and performance improvement. This role is critical in enabling evidence-based decision-making through the delivery of high-quality analytics, strategic reporting, and predictive insights. What you’ll be doing: Lead the development and delivery of Board-level and Regional insight reporting, ensuring data integrity and providing strategic workforce insights that inform executive decision-making. Partner with the People Director, People Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to proactively identify business challenges and opportunities where data can inform and drive outcomes Deliver advanced analysis to support the company’s reward and benefits strategy, collaborating closely with the Reward & Benefits Manager on pay equity, performance modelling, and compensation insights. Ensure legal compliance and timely delivery of statutory reporting requirements (e.g., Gender Pay Gap, FET submissions), applying rigour and governance in all data outputs. Drive continuous improvement of HR systems and processes by enhancing data functionality, managing integrations, and coordinating testing and implementation of new features (e.g., Fourth platform). Own the people metrics used in the Restaurant Management/Operations Bonus scheme, ensuring alignment with performance drivers and business goals. Champion a data-driven culture by enhancing reporting capabilities and providing strategic insight into the impact of people on business outcomes. Work with the wider Data and BI team to automate data feeds, analysis and reporting.
