Who We Are Seeking
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our thriving residential service at. You will take pride and ownership in every aspect of your home’s success; from planning care and managing rotas to recruiting, developing, and inspiring your team. Your leadership will help shape lives and ensure every resident receives the exceptional care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide autonomous management and oversight of the home
* Inspire, lead, and mentor your team to deliver exceptional care
* Ensure full compliance with CQC and company standards
* Drive performance against key KPIs
* Manage staffing, budgets, and occupancy levels effectively
* Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff
Key Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager
* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Proven leadership and management skills
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements
* Dementia Care qualification (desirable)
Hours & Salary
* Monday to Friday
* Competitive salary + on-target earnings (OTE)
