What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the analysis and reporting of performance data to inform decision‑making within the service.
* Oversee data protection, FOI, and Subject Access Request processes, ensuring legal compliance and transparency within the service.
* Manage assigned projects from concept to delivery, driving innovation and continuous improvement for Local Taxation and Benefits Shared Services.
* Support strategic development by providing intelligence to strategic lead within the service, that influences council policy.
* Lead a cross‑site team, deputising for the Team Manager – Systems and Control when needed.
* Liaise with ICT and other departments to enhance service delivery.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in leading teams and managing change.
* Strong analytical skills with advanced ICT - for example Power BI, Excel, Business Objects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Strong understanding of GDPR, FOI, complaints handling, and performance management.
* A proactive, organised approach to managing multiple priorities across sites.

Essential Requirements
* GCSE Grade 4 (C) or equivalent in Maths and English.
* Ability to travel across North and North East Lincolnshire.
* Experience in performance reporting, project management, and service improvement.
