What will your day look like? Working closely with the class teacher to help bring lessons and activities to life. Offering nurturing 1:1 or small-group support for children who may need a little extra encouragement with their learning. Helping pupils build their confidence, develop new skills and feel happy and settled in school. Bringing positivity, professionalism and energy to the classroom — whether you're working independently or alongside the wider team. What are we hoping you’ll bring? A good understanding of Early Years, KS1 or KS2, with the flexibility to support across different year groups when needed. Patience, empathy and a genuine passion for supporting children. The ability to give helpful guidance and celebrate the small steps of progress. Strong communication skills, reliability and a team-first approach.
