We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Head Receptionist to join our team. As the front-of-house, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our guests, handling tasks such as guest check-in and administration.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting visitors professionally and courteously.
* Maintaining a professional telephone manner.
* Working flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
* Training reception staff on legislation, company policies, health & safety, and security.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
* Explaining club facilities and promotional activities to guests.
* Coordinating rotas and managing holiday and sickness schedules.
* Adhering to social responsibility and money laundering regulations.
* Maintaining an accurate member database.
* Providing a positive customer experience and handling complaints effectively.
* Supporting club marketing activities.
* Building effective relationships with colleagues.
* Facilitating effective communication within the casino.
* Performing any other duties as reasonably requested.
Skills and Experience:
* Proficient IT skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
