What You Will Do
* Act as the primary contact for customers, providing on-site support and technical expertise
* Diagnose and repair advanced electronic systems, down to component level
* Install and commission new instrumentation at customer sites
* Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics with accuracy
* Carry out planned maintenance and performance checks
* Provide advice and training to end users on system operation and upkeep
* Travel across the UK, with occasional international trips for training or specialist support
What You Will Bring
* A strong background in electronics fault-finding (ideally to component level)
* Confidence reading circuit diagrams and technical documentation
* Solid hands-on experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to travel
* A genuine curiosity about how complex systems work and how to make them better
