6. Develop strategies to maximize revenue through services like eye tests, eyewear sales, and other optical products and services.
7. Ensure all optical products, services, and consultations meet high standards.
8. Oversee and contribute to marketing strategies, including local advertising, promotions, and community engagement.
9. Develop customer retention strategies and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
10. Network with healthcare professionals and local businesses to enhance services and referrals.
11. Participate in community initiatives, health fairs, and local partnerships to raise awareness of the practice.
