A leading insurance services provider is seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler – Delegated Authority to join their Warrington-based team. This full‑time, office‑based role involves managing end‑to‑end motor insurance claims under delegated authority, ensuring alignment with insurer SLAs and industry best practice.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 2 years’ experience handling motor insurance claims
* Strong understanding of delegated authority processes and insurer SLAs
* Confident in liability assessment, indemnity, and claims validation
* Experience with third‑party motor claims
* Knowledge of systems such as MIAFTR and CUE
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Cert CII qualification is desirable but not essential
