Investigo are partnering with an international brand recruiting a Senior FP&A Analyst based out of Warwick.
Reporting directly to the Business Controlling and Transformation Manager, you will have frequent visibility among company leaders. You will be instrumental in managing business planning, performance analysis, reporting, pricing strategies, and transformation initiatives. The role offers a platform to build trusted relationships, influence critical decisions, and drive continuous improvements across Finance and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
* Support month-end closing and deliver in-depth analysis and narratives on business performance.
* Engage in financial modelling, planning, and reporting to influence strategic decisions.
* Turn complex data into actionable insights, enabling improved business performance.
Business Planning & Insights:
* Lead business planning processes using sophisticated financial models.
* Challenge business assumptions and guide decisions using clear and detailed insights.
Performance Analysis:
* Study financial trends and business reserves to inform performance reviews.
* Provide clarity through data interpretation, turning numbers into strategic actions.
Pricing & Governance:
* Oversee pricing activities and contribute to period-end reporting.
* Participate in governance and control activities, ensuring implementation and adherence to best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Collaborate closely with senior leaders, commercial teams, and finance peers.
* Present insights and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders in the organisation.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualifications in ACA, CIMA, or ACCA with a strong finance background.
* A professional with experience in financial services, especially captive finance or leasing.
* Strong capabilities in FP&A, Business Controlling, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
* Proven ability to clarify complex financial concepts and convey them as actionable business insights.
* Adept at initiating and supporting transformation and process improvements.
Salary
£65,000- £70,000 base salary, up to 10% annual bonus, Pension (matched contribution up to 7%), 25 days Holiday (plus option to buy/ sell additional 5 days), on site Gym plus further amazing benefits
