Bank Staff across Dunky’s Nurseries. We have fantastic opportunities for Bank Staff Assistants to join our settings in Halton, Hapsford and Warrington. You will be joining an experienced staff team which is able to support future career development and enhance your own personal development.
We are looking for individuals who have the ability to work as part of a team to deliver outstanding results for children. Some knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children is preferable, but not essential, as training will be given to the successful candidates. Bank staff are required to cover staff sickness, staff leave, training, and must be flexible to cover a variety of shifts, between 8am-6pm. We are open Monday to Friday, so please state on which days that you do not wish to be contacted within the week, if we have shifts available.

Responsibilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
* To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
* To work with all age groups, and cover in different rooms as required.
* To follow and implement all of the policies and procedures set out by the nursery.
Qualifications
* Childcare experience is preferable, but training will be provided.
* Good social and communication skills.
