We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Practice Lead to spearhead our ERP and CRM practice across the UK and EU region. This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about digital transformation, Microsoft technologies, and building high-performance teams.
You will define strategy, lead delivery excellence, collaborate with Microsoft and clients, and manage a growing team of experts to deliver world-class Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to shape GTM offerings.
* Lead pre-sales activities, including client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
* Develop and nurture strong partnerships with Microsoft field teams and strategic partners.
* Champion consultative selling and innovative solutioning.
* Define and execute the vision for Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM across the region.
* Ensure delivery excellence across projects in F&SCM, CRM, and Power Platform.
* Build reusable frameworks, delivery accelerators, and best practices.
* Oversee resource planning, quality assurance, and project governance.
* Own the regional P&L and drive revenue, margin, and operational efficiency.
* Work closely with Sales and Alliances to forecast growth and build pipeline.
* Identify levers for scalability and mitigate delivery risks across the portfolio.
* Act as executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts.
* Guide digital transformation programs with a strategic mindset.
* Ensure client success through executive alignment and outcome-focused delivery.
* Build, mentor, and lead a team of consultants, architects, and delivery leads.
* Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and learning.
* Define skill frameworks and support team certification and career growth.
* Represent UST at industry forums, webinars, and client events.
* Create thought leadership content—whitepapers, blogs, and strategic insights.
* Stay ahead of Microsoft product evolution and market trends.
What You Bring
* 12–18 years in IT with 9+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM and Power Platform.
* Proven experience leading large-scale ERP and CRM implementations.
* Deep functional and technical knowledge across Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Project Ops, Power Platform).
* Successful track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience managing P&L and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
* Strong UK/EU market experience and excellent communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
* Microsoft certifications:
o Dynamics 365: F&O or CRM Solution Architect Expert
o Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
o Functional or Developer certifications in D365 F&SCM or CRM

Role Proficiency
Provide leadership at a geographic or vertical level for the Practice both from Business and Technology perspectives. This will include managing the entire team for a specific geography or vertical; providing technical and/or business consultative leadership during the pre-sales and/or post-sales cycle for large CRM/ERP implementations. rnLead and manage Service Delivery across multiple business functions and projects; encompassing design development maintenance and support of digital and traditional projects operating on agile and waterfall models. Strong understanding of clients’ businesses and UST’s capabilities in CRM/ERP to facilitate planning delivery and growth strategy.
Outcomes
* Own end-to-end delivery in a Service Delivery Model for a specific geography or vertical. Assist the Sales team for that geography/vertical in closing Sales pursuits in CRM/ERP areas
* Functional Consulting with resulting billability for a minimum of 30% of time overall within a financial year
* Build strong internal and external customer relationships managing expectations at all levels
* Accountable during the deal pursuit for ensuring that proposed solutions offer a winning value proposition; while playing a key role in the preparation of proposal
* Advise the customer senior leadership on various software and technology solutions to resolve business issues
* Analyse customer objectives and present compelling solutions in CRM/ERP space
* Recommend best practices to customers and help with IT Strategy and implementation planning
* Pursue industry best practices across multiple accounts
* Mentor Delivery teams and provide support in getting the right exposure
* Capture long term business needs and drive creation of domain specific and integrated solutions for the client in CRM/ERP space
* Facilitate Account mining and drive Revenue Growth within Accounts for CRM/ERP
* Review and create delivery strategy for projects across client accounts including evangelizing delivery excellence and digital transformation as appropriate. Create business outcomes that the client strives to achieve while managing service levels and commitments from UST
* Serve as Executive contact for clients and maintain strong relationships with Clients’ (existing and potential) Senior leadership; maintaining the highest level of client engagement
* Understand client expectations facilitate business requirements status meetings and governance engagements. Work with client and UST stakeholders driving end-to-end requirements of Service Delivery ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded
* Drive digital transformation within the client portfolio and teams; focusing on service improvements value-adds while proposing innovative ideas to the customer beyond standard delivery
* Provide thought leadership to create a culture of innovation within the teams to develop innovative solutions to business problems
* Strategically influence teams towards a proclivity for transformation encompassing digital cultural domain and business outcomes
* Drive Service Level management pre-empting and mitigate delivery risks; track milestones and statuses. Proactively communicate with leadership to flag risks and ask for help
* Work with account delivery teams to implement a robust knowledge management plan by building a strong network for collaboration creating knowledge repositories robust training programs; avoiding single points of failure
* Manage P&L effectively for the portfolio. Apply financial levers like utilization pyramid correction contract shifts and differentiated pricing models to continuously improve the cost of delivery and engagement level profitability
* Responsible for Talent management of entire team in the hierarchy – org structure workforce strategy succession plans individual development plans plan effective people utilization top talent identification and plan et al
* Coach leads within the team on leadership qualities. Groom leaders to take on higher level roles upskill themselves and manage projects/engagements effectively and independently

* Define business benefits of solution adoption to the client. Manage proposal responses and work with the solution team to craft the best and most optimal options. Work with finance on creative pricing options/strategy

Innovation And Thought Leadership
* Incubate new concepts in partnership with customers or Product companies Universities et al
