We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy, productive, forward-thinking team as our Head of Lettings Accounts. This position is based in Charters Head office in Chandlers Ford and has an OTE range of £38,000 - £40,000.
About the Role
As Head of Lettings Accounts, you will lead the financial operations of our busy lettings accounts department. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all client accounting processes while delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all lettings-related financial processes, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
2. Oversee tenant and landlord queries, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company services.
3. Prepare financial reports on lettings income, expenditure, arrears, and account performance.
