Rate: £23.00 per hour

Role
This role is to lead and support clinical practice within a family‑run nursing home, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care for residents.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and oversight across the home
* Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care to residents
* Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records
* Support, mentor and supervise care staff on shift
* Ensure person‑centred care and uphold clinical standards
* Maintain compliance with CIW regulations
* Act as a point of clinical reference for the wider care team
Requirements
* Valid NMC PIN (RGN)
* Previous clinical lead or senior nurse experience essential
* Strong clinical and leadership skills
* Experience in a care home setting
* Professional, compassionate and reliable approach
