Role Overview
Nord Anglia Education – the world’s leading private school organisation – is recruiting a MAC IT Project Manager to join the Marketing, Admissions, and Communications (MAC) team at our London headquarters. You will coordinate IT projects across the MAC function, collaborating with global colleagues in the Philippines, Peru, Beijing, Boston and beyond. The role demands a global mindset, innovative thinking, and a willingness to deliver beyond expectations.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate global rollouts: manage deployment plans, timelines, and dependencies across regions to ensure smooth execution.
* Monitor progress: track project milestones, update documentation, and report status to stakeholders.
* Ensure timely delivery: drive completion of deliverables within scope, time, and quality standards.
* Support change management: collaborate with the Senior Change Manager on training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
* Facilitate collaboration: act as a liaison between MAC, IT, regional teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
* Manage risks and issues: identify risks early, escalate concerns, and support resolution to maintain rollout momentum.
* Maintain governance: keep project documentation, reports, and decision logs accurate, current, and accessible.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field (essential).
* Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) (essential).
* Proven experience managing or supporting global projects within a matrix or multinational environment.
* Experience in marketing technology or digital platform implementations including API integrations (e.g., CMS, CRM, social media tools).
* Strong track record of supporting change initiatives, preferably alongside a Change Manager or Transformation Lead.
* Familiarity with social media operations, platforms, and performance metrics is advantageous.
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
* Risk and issue management mindset, with the ability to anticipate blockers and drive resolution.
* Skilled in using project tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project.
* Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across different time zones and cultures.
* Strong communication skills – able to convey complex information clearly in both verbal and written formats.
