Pay starts from £13.35 an hour; increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
It's our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you'd like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too.
What we offer
The following periods of time are the availability windows; we will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks? notice of shifts. We support flexibility so if your available times are close to but not exactly the advertised times, we’d still love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering your part of the customer shopping trip:
* Ensure the van and trays are clean and tidy; keep organised
* Leave the back yard clean and free of rubbish; pick up litter
* Wash trays as part of the tray wash process
* Load the van as required and check van roadworthiness
* Talk to the customer about changes to their order, offer refunds for issues
* Take care of products/deliveries as if their own
* Explain substitutions to the customer and ensure they are not charged extra
* Deliver within the customer’s time slot
* Call the customer before arriving if early
* Call the store/centre if running 30 or more minutes late
Requirements
* Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit
* Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues
* Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change
* Be energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations
* Share ideas with Management to improve the store
* A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
