Responsibilities of a SEMH Support Worker:
* Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
* Deliver interventions to improve confidence and self-regulation.
* Work 1:1 or in small groups to promote engagement.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies.
* Monitor and report progress to senior staff.
