* Be Our Hotel's Super-Sleuth: You'll be the eagle-eyed guardian
of our guest spaces, facilities, and all the behind-the-scenes magic. Your
mission? To ensure everything is not just pristine, but perfectly operational.
No creaky doors or fused lights on your watch!
* Hands-On Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Got a leak? A wobbly chair? You're
on it! You'll tackle repairs and upgrades with a can-do attitude, ensuring
our guests enjoy a smooth, worry-free experience from check-in to
check-out. But don’t worry if you’re not a know-it-all – there’s a host of
service providers ready to call on for the complex jobs.
* Future-Proofing Fanatic: You'll manage a rock-solid preventative maintenance program,
giving our equipment and facilities a long, happy life. Think of it as a
wellness plan for our hotel, keeping everything running like clockwork and
sidestepping those unexpected hiccups.
* Collaborative Crew Member (of one!): You'll be BFFs with everyone,
anticipating needs and swiftly swooping in to address anything from
emergency repairs to exciting room upgrades. Your goal? To create a safe,

* Budget Boss: You'll manage the maintenance budget
