The Senior Creative profile:
As a Senior Creative, you'll lead and deliver creative across brand licensing projects—working hands-on and collaboratively across disciplines. You'll apply strategic thinking, creative insight, design ideation and visual craft across a wide range of audiences and formats.
Senior Creative responsibilities:
Lead projects from concept to delivery
Create brand and trend guides that shape global Ips
Collaborate with illustrators, 3D artists, motion designers
Manage timelines, projects, and client relationships
Translate strategy into compelling, audience-focused design
Keep ahead of design an culture trends
Experience required:
5+ years of experience in a creative agency or fast-paced design studio
Delivered bespoke creative projects for FMCG and or Retail brands
A strong, versatile portfolio (brand, packaging, campaigns, experiential)
Clear, strategic thinking and design rationale
Ability to adapt across audiences
Strong time management and a collaborative mindset
Bonus: illustration, 3D, or motion experience
