“If you can’t handle the heat, get out the kitchen”
If you can handle the heat then pop me a call and discuss this January opportunity.
Paying to scale from day one, you will be joining our Cheltenham based school as their Food Tech teacher for term 3.
I don’t teach my Grandmother how to suck eggs so I won’t patronise an experienced teacher by telling you what the job requirements of a teacher are!
What I can tell you though is that if you are going to be considering a supply/contract gig in January that you will want to do it through Thrive!
I know, big talk from a small man!! So let me back it up.
Working for Thrive. What’s so good?
- No laborious admin. We will sort all your timesheets.
- A dedicated Consultant who cares about you and your success in the role. We only do well if you are doing well.
- Team Socials, all our staff are invited to summer and Christmas do’s as a minimum. We don’t want to let supply feel isolating! You are part of team and it’s great to see everyone.
- Termly and annual awards.
- Referral fees, time it right and you can sort everyone’s Christmas presents on us!
- 24 access to a consultant, I’m not on my best form at 3am but if you need us you can call or text at any point.
- A truly consultative approach where you are listened to and your search requirements are what we consider.
If you are in the throes of a January search, pop Gareth a call in the office or apply via the link and we will set up a call.
