Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Draperstown HQ (with travel to UK sites)

A progressive construction company operating across the UK & Ireland, is seeking an experienced Senior QS to lead commercial management across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project commercial strategy, budgets, forecasting & cashflow
* Manage subcontracts, procurement, variations & change control
* Support major tenders alongside the Commercial Director
* Mentor and develop junior QS staff
* Collaborate with Operations to ensure profitable project delivery
* Build strong client relationships and resolve commercial issues
Essential:
* 5+ years' QS experience
* Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Desirable:
* Staff management experience
* Chartered status
