Key Responsibilities:
Assisting patients at the counter with queries and purchases
Supporting the dispensary team with prescriptions and stock management
Handling phone calls and enquiries
Keeping the pharmacy clean, organised, and welcoming
Learning about medicines, health services, and safe working practices
