You'll be the go to HR professional for a diverse workforse spanning production,R&D, distribution, marketing, sales and scientific teams. This is a hands on generalist role with real scope to make your mark. As the HR Manager you will be responsible for: * Recruitment & Onboarding — Lead end-to-end hiring across the various departments and roles, delivering a seamless candidate experience and effective onboarding that sets people up for success. * Employee Relations — Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, handling ER matters across all levels with confidence, fairness, and sound judgment. * Talent Management & Development — Identify high-potential individuals, assess skill gaps, and implement development plans that support career progression and business growth. * Process Improvement — Spot opportunities to streamline HR operations, enhance policies, and introduce efficiencies that benefit the wider organisation. * Strategic Partnership — Work closely with the Head of HR and leadership team to align people initiatives with business objectives, bringing fresh thinking and forward-looking ideas to the table.
