Responsibilities
* Lead the store team to create a friendly, welcoming and customer‑focused environment.
* Drive sales and maximise business performance by acting quickly and consistently seeking new ideas.
* Engage with customers, deliver outstanding service and ensure all team members contribute to a great customer experience.
* Encourage community engagement and local area collaboration to deliver top results.
Qualifications
* Retail Management experience.
* Passion for delivering great customer service.
* Strong ability to motivate, manage and support a team.
* Understanding of a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
* Existing Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager preferred.
