About the role.
We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to join Hydrogen and play a pivotal role in shaping strategic and commercial decision-making across the business.
You’ll act as a trusted commercial partner to senior leaders, using insight and analysis to drive performance, improve profitability, and shape competitive pricing and growth strategies.
This role suits someone who combines financial rigour with strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering business success.
How you’ll make a difference.
1. Act as a trusted commercial partner to senior leaders, providing financial insight and challenge to drive performance and growth.
2. Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that shape business strategy and decision-making.
3. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and commercial focus.
4. Evaluate investment opportunities, pricing models, and contracts to support profitable, strategic decisions.
5. Deliver insightful analysis on key performance trends, risks, and opportunities to optimise revenue and efficiency.
6. Champion improvements in reporting, processes, and systems to enhance financial governance and business agility.
About you.
7. CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience.
8. Strong background in commercial finance and business partnering.
9. Experience within the marketing, advertising, or creative communications industries is highly desirable.
10. Proven experience in pricing, profitability analysis, or commercial modelling.
11. Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to bridge finance and operations.
12. A hands-on, solutions-focused approach and a passion for creativity and innovation.
