Job Description – Labourer
Commercial Electrical Improver / Labourer
Due to planned and continuous growth we require a number of qualified commercial electrical improver / Labourer to work with-in our small works department and specialist Audio Visual department
High standards of work and a positive "can do" attitude are essential in this customer facing role.
This role is not for large construction based work and is predominately direct to the end client with-in a range of sectors including the leisure and entertainment industries, education, retail, warehouse and distribution. Our AV department work in some of the most prestigious venues in the UK, if you are opening to broadening your skillsets then this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate(s).
We are based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire but due to the nature of our business working away from home will be required. Work available immediately.
Must be a team player and work well as part of a team but also be able to work independently as required.
Working hours are 50hrs + per week Monday to Friday

Essential Requirements
· Experience of working within a commercial and/or site-based environment
· Exceptional standards of workmanship
· Proficient in Health & Safety legislation and compliance
· Self-motivated and proactive
· Positive attitude and the ability to integrate and be an active part in the team
· Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
· You must hold a full current UK driving licence with own transport
· CSCS Card / ECS Improver card

Rates of Pay are up to £ /hr with relevant site experience
Travel time is paid at the prevailing hourly rate, and mileage is paid at £0.40/mile
Subsistence is paid at £50 for all nights staying away from home
