Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner looking for your next rewarding role? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join a welcoming primary school in the heart ofThanetfromSeptember 2025.
About the Role:We are working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive primary school that prides itself on creating a warm, stimulating environment where every child can thrive. This is afull-time, long-term positionwith the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the learning and development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Working closely with class teachers and other support staff
* Observing and assessing children’s progress in line with EYFS framework
* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
* A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Previous experience working within an EYFS setting, ideally in a school environment
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
