What You'll Do
* Lead and manage the nursery team day-to-day.
* Ensure safeguarding policies are implemented and understood by all staff.
* Deliver a high-quality curriculum within the EYFS framework.
* Build strong relationships with families and external agencies.
* Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and Ofsted nominated person.
* Promote the nursery and community centre through marketing and engagement.
What We're Looking For
* Relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3) and at least 2 years' leadership experience in an Early Years setting.
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
