This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a reputable contractor and take ownership of delivering a major housing development to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
* Coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow
* Monitor progress against the construction programme and report directly to the Project Manager
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain accurate site records
* Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards
* Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise delays
* Demonstrate strong health & safety leadership, programme delivery, and team management
Requirements / Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential schemes
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certifications
* Strong knowledge of health & safety, reporting, programme delivery, and people management
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage a busy construction environment
