We're working with a growing, eco-friendly company that supplies sustainable products to the hospitality industry, and they're looking for a Customer Service Support professional to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, naturally personable, and enjoys building relationships with customers. You'll be a key point of contact for clients, supporting with enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.
The Role
* Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing and managing orders efficiently
* Building strong product knowledge and becoming an expert in the company's offering
* Supporting the sales team and maintaining strong client relationships
* Assisting with general office management duties
* Ensuring a high level of organization across daily tasks
* Managing and updating customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency
About You
* Confident, friendly, and professional on the phone
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Some sales experience would be beneficial
* Highly organized with great attention to detail
* Proactive and eager to learn and develop
* A genuine interest in sustainability and working with a purpose-led business
