ECommerce Assistant – Melton Constable, UK
Role Overview
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented, tech focusedeCommerce Assistantto support our eCommerce and help optimize the customer experience across our international websites. This role is ideal for someone interested in eCommerce and tech and looking to start their career. Training will be provided, so previous experience is not required—just a strong interest in eCommerce, ideally a knowledge of shopify and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Use shopify to create pages, content and collections inline with product launches. As well as learning to build new sites as needed for international expansion.
* Update website SEO and learn the importance of meta data.
* Upload influencer content working closely with the infleuncer team to manage the platform
* Work on tech across the business including apps, warehouse systems, POS
* Have the opportunity to go to Blakely clothing events and work with the events team on creating ticket pages
* Work on international sites including the use of translations apps and ai
* Work on online brand protection and monitoring, managing trademarks and working with external agencies to protect the brand
* Assist with new product launches and manage imagery in collaboration with the marketing and merchandising teams
* Learn to track and analyze product and website performance using on-site analytics
* Manage website admin working with developers and the team to implement new projects
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a candidate who:
* Has a strong interest in eCommerce, marketing, or data analysis.
* Is a quick learner, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute ideas.
* Enjoys working as part of a team and has good communication skills.
* Is capable to work on their own but also as part of a team
