As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, youll be at the heart of their brand growthdriving engagement, building community, and amplifying their impact. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Assist in developing, planning, and executing social marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the social media team to create and schedule engaging content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) using tools like Sprout and Notion.
Manage user-generated content and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
Monitor and analyse social media performance to optimise engagement and reach.
Utilise tools like Sprout and Notion to analyse campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions.
Support email marketing and retention campaigns, including newsletters, using platforms like Klaviyo.
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to enhance SEO and assist in improving website user experience.
Participate in community management, developing relationships with partners, ambassadors, and community leaders.
Develop and implement strategies to boost community engagement across all channels.
Support event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee experience.
Act as a point of contact for athlete support.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£14,722.50 per annum
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
