Design and lead high‑impact performance frameworks, dashboards and corporate reporting that improve transparency and drive better outcomes. Oversee governance, audits, inspections and risk management, making sure every part of the service meets regulatory, environmental and operational standards. Promote efficiency and value for money, using data, financial insight and benchmarking to identify opportunities for smarter, more cost‑effective working. Support major transformation projects, contributing to business cases, long‑term improvement plans and city‑wide sustainability goals. Inspire and guide teams across performance, compliance, outreach and operational control, ensuring professional excellence and consistent delivery. Strengthen relationships with communities, supporting outreach and environmental education initiatives that encourage positive behaviours.
